Aylesbury United Walking Football is part of Aylesbury United FC's wider club structure, offering a no-running, no-contact version of football aimed at older adults. Players cannot run with or without the ball, and tackles must be made without touching an opponent. Aylesbury United sets its own minimum age at 48, slightly below the sport's more common 50+ (men) and 40+ (women) thresholds, due to local demand and space.
The club fields three sides, two over-50s teams (known as the Greens and the Stripes) and an over-60s team, playing six-a-side in the Thames Valley Walking Football League. Training takes place on Wednesdays from 7 to 8pm at Aylesbury Vale Academy on Paradise Orchard.
